Roles of the parties

NurtureNaija provides the technology and coordination platform that connects patients with verified healthcare providers. The Hospital remains fully responsible for the professional conduct, clinical decisions, standard of care, and services rendered by its personnel — whether delivered on hospital premises or in a patient's home through the NurtureNaija platform. NurtureNaija does not practice medicine, does not employ the Hospital's clinical staff, and does not assume clinical liability for care delivered by the Hospital.

Provider verification

The Hospital warrants that all information supplied — including licenses, accreditations, uploaded verification documents, and authorized staff details — is accurate and current, and will notify NurtureNaija promptly of any material change, suspension, or revocation.

Service & pricing

Prices listed above will be published to patients through the platform. Either party may propose changes with 14 days' notice. Payment for completed services will be remitted to the account provided, net of the platform coordination fee agreed in the schedule signed with your account manager.

Data protection & confidentiality

Each party will comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and applicable regulations. Patient data shared through the platform will be used only for the purpose of delivering the requested service, will be held confidentially, and will not be disclosed to third parties without lawful basis or the patient's consent. Both parties will implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and will notify the other of any data incident affecting shared records without undue delay.

Clinical responsibility & emergency escalation

The Hospital is clinically responsible for its personnel and for escalating any patient emergency to an appropriate facility. The Hospital designates the on-call contact above as the first point of clinical escalation and confirms it will be reachable 24/7.

Authorization of staff

The Hospital authorizes the individuals listed in Section 5 (as updated in writing from time to time) to accept and deliver home services on the platform on the Hospital's behalf, and confirms they are duly licensed, insured where required, and trained for the services offered.

8. Authorized signatory

Signed on behalf of the Hospital by a person authorized to bind the facility to this agreement.
